The NTU Radiation Application and Radiation Hardness Technology Research Center (RTRC) held its 2025
Annual Meeting on September 30, bringing together center members to review the achievements of the
past year and explore future development directions.
The meeting featured vibrant discussions, with members engaging in in-depth exchanges on topics such
as radiation testing, radiation-hardened chip design, and space applications. Participants shared
the latest research outcomes and industry experiences, fostering stronger consensus and laying a
solid foundation for future cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Concluding in a warm and productive atmosphere, the event highlighted RTRC’s role as a key platform
for industry–academia–research exchange. Moving forward, the center will continue to work closely
with its members to drive innovation in radiation applications and radiation-hardened technologies,
strengthening Taiwan’s global competitiveness in aerospace, semiconductors, and critical electronic
components.
